Co-founder of Xyst Technologies and a pioneer of the online betting industry with almost 30 years in senior and executive roles, Mark is fondly recognised as one of the sector's dinosaurs, albeit most definitely not extinct. He was part of the pre-launch and post-launch team for the world's biggest online sports betting operator, bet365, held senior positions with Inspired Gaming, and has led operations across the UK, US and Asia. Beyond gaming, Mark co-owns a bespoke furniture and interiors business, is an elected councillor, sits on the boards of ALIenergy and Argyll Community Housing Association, and is a Scottish Government appointed board member of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
Co-founder of Xyst Technologies and a product and commercial leader whose career spans more than 30 years, Adam has been in gaming long enough to remember when bingo meant a dabber, not a download. He has held senior roles at Gala Coral, Talarius and News UK, been Head of Bingo at Unibet and spent eight years building products at Gamesys. Today he is Founder of iGaming product consultancy QuadStakes, CEO of Real Fun Competitions, Product Director at GameTech IOM and Chief Commercial Officer at payments specialist Hexopay. Whatever the business, his focus is the same: engaging products and customer experiences people remember.
